The pre-commencement work was done to the agreed timescale and to a high standard and the work itself was excellent. His core team of Harry & Matt, plus the various specialist tradespeople, were pleasant, approachable and worked to a very high standard. The job was completed within the agreed timescales (in spite of us making some changes to the specification) and we are delighted with the result. Oliver did a loft conversion for me and turned a dark useless space into a light and spacious room. He project managed a team of highly skilled and hardworking craftsmen who worked continuously and cheerfully to achieve the end result. The job took a little longer than expected owing to unforeseeable factors but the team worked co-operatively to come up with solutions resulting in a completed job that far exceeded my expectations and they even 'blended in' the new work by renovating the hall stairs and landing to avoid that looking shabby compared with the new. They worked safely and cleanly which was especially appreciated as my mother has Alzheimer’s. I would have no hesitation in employing horizon lofts again or recommending them to anyone else. Well done, guys!
